I feel like all I’ve been doing for the past few weeks is working. I hardly have time to get on the computer, and normally do (small- twitter, fb, etc.) online stuff from my Blackberry. I couldn’t very well post a good blog from there. Not saying this is going to be a good blog, per say, but whatever!

So, I can’t remember exactly when it was…last week or the week before, but at work I’ve been working in the backroom re-arranging stuff. (We got a list of stuff that needed to be moved around, needed to be trashed, etc. And we had a week to do it). ANYWAYS- I was back there moving shelves from one side of the backroom to the other, I had successfully moved 3 of the 4 shelves when I went to move the last one it fell apart in my hands. I’m talking…full on broke, pieces everywhere. I guess I was so distracted because that scared the crap out of me, that I didn’t notice a nail had gone into my leg. Now, it wasn’t stuck in my leg, it went in and scraped my leg up and then fell down with the piece of the shelf that it was in. I’ve never cut myself that bad before, so needless to say I was freaked out. But, after a doctor visit and some TLC, everything is A-OK now. It’s kind of sad that that’s the most excitement I’ve had since I last blogged though.

In other news- My boss, Dana is 7 months pregnant. The baby shower is on the 11th of this month and at my house. I have procrastinated so bad on this, and am just now getting my shit together for it. Now, I was good and got invitations out early and all that. But, I haven’t really thought about a menu or games or how 20 people are going to fit in my living room. Not that my living room is small, but I only have 2 couches. Haha. So, we’ll see how that goes. I’ve almost gotten the presents together and wrapped. So at least I have one thing down. I literally had to cut myself off today while I was shopping for her because baby stuff is so cute right now. If I could, I would have gotten her everything in sight. I’m excited though…November 27th is when she’s due.

Just to add a little bit of beauty related things to this blog, I went to MAC today! Just to get some essentials I was out of, and also Back 2 Mac’d some things for lipsticks for my mom. (I HATE lipstick)

There are bigger pictures on my Flickr, not that you’d need to see them bigger. I’m hoping that I won’t be a lazy ass tomorrow and actually do a tutorial, or at least a FOTD again…I’m not really feeling any of the Style Black Collection, everyone else seems to be going crazy for it. I tested it out today and just wasn’t into it.

I also went to Ulta and bought Urban Decay’s Book of Shadows Vol. II, but I’m saving that for another post with swatches and all that junk. I’m doing some China Glaze swatches as well and some different nail looks. I got Fortune Teller by China Glaze at Sally’s the other day along with some other colors. So excited to use it this month. Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday. So ready for the cold weather, pumpkin carving and dressing up, and all the yummy fall candles that I’m eventually going to buy and light all around my house.
